Cancellation Policy:

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment and do not call within 24 hours to cancel, you will be billed.

Insurance:

Due to the specialty nature of the practice, we do not participate with any health insurance plans. An invoice which is recognized by insurance companies can be provided and you will have to be reimbursed by your provider if they cover acupuncture services. The philosophy of East Wind is to spend as much time with each patient as possible during the treatments and encourage patients to take an active interest in their own health and healing process. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and think you may benefit from acupuncture, you can call the office for a free consultation to see if we can help you - No patient will ever be turned away because of financial difficulties.
